The Mona moments:

For pre-departure training, we often have people who had not been to China before or at least had very limited exposure to China. During the training process, executives often found the knowledge about China is fascinating. Only when they are working in China, they will fully understand some of the preparation work. A very typical response is ‘that is what Mona meant’. This phrase is being referred to as the Mona moments by our clients
